As I drove by the shop I heard something rubbing/grinding in the front end, then something clanked to the ground. I pulled right into the Baber parking lot, went in, spoke with Kevin and showed him the part that fell off. Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me understand what needed to be repaired and an approximate cost. They gave me a loaner and got my car back to me in a day and a half at the estimated price. Also did a once over on the car telling me what I might want to do next.

Kevin and Joe and the rest of the crew at Baber Automotive are just great. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and their pricing is very fair. I had several check engine lights suddenly show up on my car the day before I was heading out of town on a long road trip. They were able to squeeze me in and get my car fixed up and taken care of. As someone who is not very knowledgeable about cars, I really trust their work and their honesty with me.

I have been a customer at Baber Auto for fifteen years and have received quality repairs and good service. Their rates are not cheap, but they guarantee their work and don't try to rip you off. I will admit that customer service has been different since Bob sold the business but it's still okay.

I brought my vehicle here to have the brakes bled after a previous repair shop either failed to do so or did so incorrectly. Kevin scheduled a same-day appointment and treated me with the utmost courtesy. He diagnosed and fixed the brake lines promptly. Furthermore, he pointed out that the rear brake pads, which I installed the previous day, were done so incorrectly, and fixed their installation as well. He was courteous in letting me know I didn't install them correctly when others may have been condescending or frustrated. I appreciated that a lot. The price was not bad either!

As the son of a retired mechanic, I am skeptical of most garages. The guys at Baber were awesome! I thought I needed to have my brakes repaired and was told that I still had some life in the pads and there was no need to spend the money on it now! Most garages would take the money now, but these guys are in to building long term customer relationships. Thank you Baber, I will be back.
